Restaurant Christmas Promotion. They’ve been closed for a couple of weeks, but client El Oceano Hotel, re-opens for the Christmas and New Year Season today – Thursday 14th December, 2023. We’ve been ramping up the promotions on Facebook, email and on the website for weeks now and most of the hard work is done.

Christmas at El Oceano Restaurant start today – Thursday 14th December, 2023 – and the promotions are going very well. We’ve been pushing the next couple of weeks for some time and most of the work is already done. Plenty of artwork was created, using the same overall theme we set earlier in the year.
Artwork for Posters – All Branded Content
There are A4 posters for use on Facebook and to be posted on walls and other prominent areas around the restaurant & hotel for the season. These posters work very well. They are posted at strategic points around the restaurant and hotel, so guests see upcoming events and whatever promotions we might be pushing. The hotel definitely likes these. Naturally, they all follow the same ‘brand’ oir theme, that’s important.
Email Advertising
We use SendPulse for bulk emails for this client. They’re pretty good, cheaper than MailChimp, although MailChimp’s ‘deliverablness’ is better, from what I read. 10,000 emails were sent this morning and the response is good.
Facebook Promotion
As always, we’ve been hitting Facebook pretty hard. Not so many posts on the page, but plenty in related Facebook Groups and a fair amount of boosting. It’s going pretty well, numbers are up again, but Facebook have removed comparative traffic analysis, so it’s difficult to see exactly by how much. That’s a bit suspicious on Facebook’s part, I think.
